Consultancy Services
The Dao.
Daoism and Confucianism both speak of the Dao - the way. Daoists say that you cannot really know the consequences of your actions, and quite often the consequences aren't what you expected or what you wanted (apparently there is nothing new in Chaos Theory). An intricate system of social etiquette, significant philosopical traditions whchih often give a very different worldview and a language which couldn't be much more dfferent if it tried! These are just some of the reason why such unforseen consequences are more likely to happen than not when dealing with the Chinese.
As experts on China we look to work with you as experts in your business to find the way forward for you. We are mindful that each situation is different, and even where they may seem very similar, the same response may not reap the same results. That's why we actively listen to your particular circumstances before offering a starting point for discussing the possible solutions.
We beleive the best consultancy services are offered where the ownership of the solution is shared. We believe in the root of the word consultancy - to consult: at its heart is dialogue, respect and consensus.
